My 2 year old water heater broke, and when I contacted them in the afternoon, William immediately responded and sent Corey to my home the next day. A sensor part was needed and Corey drove 45 minutes to pick the part up the following day. The service was efficient, Corey was very professional and friendly and I appreciated the Veteran discount from William.
