So I had Eric Young install a tankless hot water heater today. He was professional, on time, completely cleaned up and honest, explaining what and how to do with my new tankless water heater. I would 100% recommend using his company for any future plumbing related job. Great experience and I have seen other plumbers that just don’t care. He does care and is highly knowledgeable regarding his profession.

We worked with another company before then and WOW what a difference. Eric and his team put a brand new tankless water heater and it’s been great. They’re professional, honest and do very clean work. They don’t cut any corners and take pride in their work. Will definitely be working with them again in the future.

Outstanding service!!! My HOA has Elder and Young under contract for plumbing issues in the complex. A neighbor reported a massive leak at my water meter (which is a ways away from my unit and unmarked) two nights ago around 10:00pm to the HOA emergency line, which then alerted Ernest and Young Plumbing. Sean came within minutes to turn off the water. The leak was so strong that the gushing water was causing a block of concrete to float. I had to get a hotel, and was receiving no updates from the HOA regarding repairs, despite writing 14 messages in one day and calling. In desperation I called Ernest and Young directly in hopes they may be able to provide me with information. So glad I did! Eric the owner immediately knew who i was. He could not have been nicer, and took the time to bring me up to speed and explain the cause of the leak and scope of the work to me. To my shock he said the work (a very large job) was almost complete! Only two days later! The plumbers that actually performed the repair, Sean and Robert, were equally amazing. When I arrived on site a few hours later, work was already done! Sean explained in great detail and showed me the cause, and the work they’d done, as well as came inside to test the showers, faucets, and toilets inside to ensure that any debris was flushed out. Eric the owner then stopped by to meet me and ask if I had any further questions, again being generous with his time and explaining the scope of the repair as well as similar plumbing issues of other residents. I had some off topic plumbing questions that he was happy to answer in depth. While experiencing the leak was quite stressful, I’m very grateful to this company for the time they took to not only ensure that immediate and thorough repair work was done, but also because they went above and beyond with their customer service. After 26 years of using another plumber, I will now turn to Ernest and Young for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!!

Elder & Young service was exemplary! Had a water heater burst flooding house, they came and got everything under control and set up with a temp electric water heater. Robert was our tech and so helpful, kind and polite. Ask for Robert! Highly recommend this company. As echoed by my wife in an earlier review, Eric saved our Christmas with a house full of guests, but we’ve had several interactions with Eric and the wonderful team at Elder and Young. I am satisfied with Robert’s service. He was transparent about the entire project. He was straight to the point about explaining exactly what needed to be done and gave considerate pricing. He was efficient and friendly throughout the duration of the job. It was my first time hiring someone to fix the drainage and I would definitely recommend this company to homeowners.
