I hired this plumbing company because they rated 5 stars at Yelp, and i wasn’t disappointed for sure, they worth the 5 star rating. This company runs the most efficient business. They come out in a team of two. While one stay at the repair site, the other runs all chores. They are knowledgeable, quickly diagnose and investigate where the problem is, and get the repair done. They run pricing with their boss which I should say it’s not the cheapest, but pretty fair based on my experience. Highly recommend!!!

We recently had an urgent issue with a gas leak that caused a significant increase in our gas bill and a persistent gas odor around our patio. After contacting the gas company, they confirmed a gas leak on our property (not the city line), evacuated our home, and shut off the gas overnight while addressing the immediate danger. Bert was fantastic! I left a message and he called back and scheduled the appointment right away for the next day. He arrived promptly and He changed out our hot and cold water valves under the kitchen sink and replaced our refrigerator line. We would highly highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with First Option Plumbing. Today, they fixed my faucets and made sure the job is done right! Called 1st Option Plumbing in the morning for a copper pipe leak in front porch spigot. Technician Scott and Eli showed up promptly at promised time. Gave me a quote that’s reasonable and repair finished in 30 minutes. Job well done and I am satisfied. Will recommend anyone needs plumbing work to give them a call.

Needed emergency work done on the weekend. Jesus was busy on another job but constantly kept me updated on exactly when he would arrive. Once here, he was kind, courteous, and did a fantastic job taking care of an old refrigerator water line that was leaking, then installed the refrigerator for me. The cost was reasonable, work done fast, and he took care to make sure everything was tidied up when he left. Will definitely be calling again next time I need plumbing work done, Jesus was the best!

EXCELLENT service! Called once with a problem. Instead of sending someone out, the owner helped me undersand the problem and suggested a solution. He even called me back to make sure that I fixed the problem by myself. Zero dollars! Then, last week we had a bigger problem and Jesus came out and spent a few hours fixing things. Super considerate in how he treated our home, clear communication, and all for a fair price.

Fast, efficient and professional. I called them around 10:30 AM to diagnose and repair the tankless water heater and by noon their technician arrived at our house and diagnosed and fixed the issue. Highly recommend them.
