I called Happy Cowboy Plumbing to replace my water heater. They responded to me the same day and offered a very reasonable quote. Carlos & Cecilia are kind, honest and have hard working family business. They clearly take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. They even reached out to a Bradford White rep to answer my questions and assure my full satisfaction with my new water heater. This review is long overdue as they did the job almost a year ago. My water heater is still going strong and without any concerns. I highly recommend Happy Cowboy Plumbing and will gladly call them again when I need a plumber.

Carlos from Happy Cowboy Plumbing came within a few hours of my call to quote me on a whole house salt free water filter and tankless RO(owner provided) installation. Cecilia from Happy Cowboy reached out with the quote shortly after Carlos completed his evaluation. Happy Cowboy was able to work with me a little bit to accommodate our budget. Carlos and Cecilia arrived and completed the job relatively quickly. They were forth coming with the installation difficulties with the given amount of space. They made every attempt to fit my space restrictions inside of the garage. I am happy with the overall install, quality of work, and professionalism. They are a small business that deeply cares about doing the job right the first time. I will call them again for future projects.

Happy Cowboy was one of many places I called on a Sunday and the only one who actually did what they advertised. A wonderful, professional company. Our garbage disposal went out during this holiday season. We reached out to Carlos owner of Happy Cowboy Plumbing. Carlos came to our home the day we contacted him. He assessed our situation and came back with his lovely wife Cecilia to remove and install our new disposal and Kitchen faucet. Both Carlos & Cecilia were professional, knowledgeable, and honest. After the work was completed, they shared with us helpful information on water pressures and leak detection. Carlos is the real Cowboy, Honest, hardworking, and keeps his word. He fixed my rain drainage system, very satisfied. This is my second time working with Happy Cowboy Plumbing. Recently I found out the city water pressure is too high so that it is a potential hazard to my household. Among three estimates, Carlos provided the best solution with a competitive price. He not only installed a water regulator, but also did a thorough inspection, and replaced worn down parts for me. Talking about parts, Carlos always gets the best quality parts with his best quality service. He cares about his customers - I have a plant just in the way of this project, even when I said it’s okay to get rid of it, he tried his best to save the plant, which meant he had to do more extra work. He is skilled and creative - parts of my plumbing system had an out of date odd design, but he can always find a solution. I am very impressed by his professionalism, and highly recommend him for any plumbing projects.
