I had the best experience with HomeX. Roger was dispatched out quickly as soon as I made the call. He was kind and supportive as he immediately went to work. His field supervisor Shane came by and assisted. Shane over saw the entire process. Roger's partner Oscar also worked on my broken pipe. The entire team was patient and guided me through the entire repair. I felt like I had a good group of friends helping through a tough bind. The work was flawless. I would highly recommend this crew. Roger and Oscar had superior work ethic. Shane was extremely knowledgeable and helped ease me through the process. This crew represents the company to the full extent. Jesse is a plumber hero!! He did not give up on looking for my great grandma earring that fell inside my bathtub drain. I didn’t sleep all night because of this situation since it had so much sentimental value to me and I had no hope but then life surprised me with the best service and an amazing person that he is!!! This company is gonna be forever in my heart. He tried every single option there was to find it and found it. I’m speechless I’m so happy. Thank you Jesse for your persistence and professionalism. He left everything perfect and cleaned afterwards as well. I’m beyond grateful.

Couldn't recommend this company more! I have used them in the past and continue for all my plumbing needs. Had a hot water tank installed by them about 6 months ago and they were great. Yesterday I had a kitchen sink draining problem and called after hours, it wasn't an emergency so they said they would come the next day. Communication was great and the technician, Mario, arrived early and was very friendly and professional. He was thorough and made the terrible experience of a plumbing issue a pleasant one. He talked and made me and especially my wife feel very comfortable with everything he said needed done. I wish I remembered the other technician who helped with the hot water tank installation because he was also amazing. I do know that Mario came to help with the hot water tank as well. Amazing employees! Great service! Definitely call HomeX for your needs. You All have a customer for life and it's because of your employees!

Eric and Oscar were amazing! They were very polite, honest, and helpful. Very knowledgeable guys and best of all they had slip ons on their shoes to make sure my Floors wouldn’t get dirty! Would definitely be using them for all my needs!

Oscar was a tremendous help. He was able to run diagnostic, find the best solution for our water heater problems and have the appropriate parts ordered before leaving our home. I would give 10 Stars if I could. Oscar was polite, professional and well knowledgeable of our water heater system.

The guys were on time. Eric and Simon were very professional, friendly, asked the right questions and most importantly fixed the drain stoppage in a short amount of time. The guys had good equipment, clean uniforms and were very respectful when entering the home. I would hire them again!
