The job was wrapped up within a few hours. The area was tidied up afterwards and Brian did a great job explaining the process and even took pictures. The service was top-notch and professional. I must say how incredibly thankful I am for Ezra's proficiency and understanding regarding my predicament. The toilet in my teenagers' bathroom on the 2nd floor was so badly overflowed that it leaked through to the first floor. Additionally, the shower was blocked.
