Jetters 'N' Drains Rooter & Plumbing

The work itself was done fabulously and the people who came over to fix the plumbing in my kitchen were amazing. But the payment processing was incredibly frustrating. I got MULTIPLE invoice emails for the work asking for $0 payment, so I was unable to pay my bill. I sent them an email back, which I didn't get a response until much later that night so I hadn't been checking my email. The early next morning, I received a phone call from someone (not from anyone who came to work on my plumbing) demanding payment and insisting that I received an email to pay with and not really acknowledging the invoice mistakes. It was incredibly jarring and frustrating to deal with after the lovely people who came to work on the plumbing. EDIT: Adjusting my review (originally 4 stars). Daniel called me to apologize for the things I mentioned above, also offered a discount for the trouble. He explained there was some miscommunication in their staff and the systems which has been corrected. I declined the discount but I just really appreciate this personable gesture and swift action. Thank you!

Great job! Jesus replaced two washing machine valves then troubleshot a kitchen drain issue I was having. When additional equipment was needed… Dennis brought it over so my work could be completed the same day. Very positive and professional experience. I will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs going forward. A+

Daniel and his team did excellent work for drain projects, and for a very fair price. He was able to find an issue that other hydrojet plumbers were unable to and fix it for a lower price. He also offers much more detailed information, including easily accessible camera footage that usually isn't shared with the customer.

They did a great job on our pipe. They were super friendly and worked really hard until the job was done. If you need work done on your pipes give them a call.

Had a great experience with Felix fixing a simple problem with our garbage disposal. He was fast, efficient, friendly, and didn't push for a replacement when a repair was doable. Communication was also excellent. Thank you!

These guys are great!. Service was quick, very friendly and the price was more than fair! They understood the issue immediately, and handled it expertly, explaining everything as they went along. They also made suggestions as to avoiding trouble in the future without any sales hype, just matter-of-fact advice. I highly recommend them and will only use them from now on.

Jetter 'N' Drains installed a new drain line under our house slab using a horizontal drilling technique. Our 65-yr-old cast iron pipes were abandoned and the new line was placed without trenching and too much disruption to our home. We were hesitant about this process but Daniel Fanti, the owner, was able to explain every detail to us with such expertise that our concerns disappeared. The crew was great and everyone involved in the project seemed to be subject matter experts. We would and will recommend Jetters 'N' Drains to all our family and friends in need of expert plumbing.
