Edgar and his team did an outstanding job with our project! They exceeded our expectations in every way, delivering top-notch work with incredible attention to detail. Not only was the work itself flawless, but they also left the entire site spotless and tidy. We couldn't be more impressed and are already looking forward to working with them again. Mr. Rooter Plumbing came to my house to unclog a shower that was backing up. Dave Robinson showed to clean the drain. Before entering' he put shoe covers on which made my wife happy. I showed him the problem area. After about 10 minutes he can down with an estimate proceeded to outline everything that needed to be done for the task at hand. I agreed with the price and fifteen minutes he was done with the whole process. Dave was polite, and greeted everyone in the room upon his entrance. I felt the he and his assistant performed a job well done. Thank you Dave and Mr. Rooter.

Ismael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! He fixed our toilet and our sink with ease. Was incredibly quick, hardworking and communicative. Would definitely recommend!

John, Edgar and Pedro were amazing! They cared for my elderly mother and did all they could to make sure her pluming was taken care of. The Yard looks like they were never there. They were so generous with explaining things as much as she needed. I would recommend any family member can feel safe having these men helping their elderly parent. Garbage disposal stopped working, couldn't see anything that would be jamming it so we had to call out Mr Rooter. First off, we didn't have to wait long to talk to someone to get scheduled in, and they were very professional, courteous and communicative throughout, including letting us know early when they were delayed on another job (and we were happy to ultimately reschedule to another day at their request as our issue was not at all an emergency). Again, on the day of the appointment they were very communicative about when Reuben the plumber would arrive. Reuben also was very professional and helpful, identified the problem quickly and easily, and showed us a few things we can do in future to try to help fix possible issues ourselves. We've used Mr Rooter's services a few times for various issues over the last few years and highly recommend them.

I have had the pleasure to work with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. The manager and staff are respectful, experienced, skillful, efficient, and friendly. They explained what the job entails and give progress update and completion. I had positive experience & they left the areas in which they worked on clean.
