Omar and Felix got to my home during the specified time. Omar did a wonderful job explaining to me what to spect during their visit. They starting working on my furnace. They were here to perform a tune up and add an air scrubber to help with air quality inside my home. During the course of their inspection they came across several things that needed to be addressed. I am happy they brought them up and gave me the option of taking care of it. If you want and can afford to take care of the issues why not. Makes the system run smoothly. I decided to take care of everything. Omar and Felix work hard and got everything done. They made my system worked and look great. They cleaned after themselves. Thank you Omar and Felix. The service was very good. Rickey was very patient and is an educator for me. He tells me how to maintain my water heater after his service to keep my system healthy. Example flushing the device and setting the pilot in case if emergency.
