Very happy with the service. This is the 3rd time I am using them. Carlos came and did an excellent job cleaning the drain for the kitchen. He is courteous and patient explained things. Two thumbs up.

So thankful for Pablo! My bathroom sink was so clogged. Pablo showed up on time (which was so important because I left work to get home for this appt), was clean and had booties on before I even opened the door, and even talked me through the problem. He showed me why it wasn’t draining (picture) and told me how he was going to fix it. Fixed it, and now my sink is draining correctly. Didn’t push any upsell and was very professional. 10/10 recommend.

George explained the problem clearly and I understood all options before he started work. Even in heat, he was fast and accurate. We just happened on Rooter Hero and George and are so pleased with the work.
