I had RT Olson Plumbing install a new whole house water softener and filter for my new construction home. Shane was the tech that helped us out. He was knowledgeable and explained everything from quoting us for the work and to completion. He was responsive to all questions during the install and even after. He was timely with his communication and worked neatly. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Had a hearing appointment today for heating unit check by my technician Tim. It was a pleasure meeting Tim as he was very professional and explained every aspect of what was being done. He did an amazing job! Tim actually went the extra mile and help service my air conditioning unit. Great staff and great service. I will def be calling on Tim and his team should I need any service. Tim Eagleson did a fantastic service on our heating and air conditioning system. He educated us on how the system works and inspected inside and out. My wife and I purchased the VIP membership for regular preventative maintenance and water heater flushes. He cleaned the blower motor for us, and the heater works better! Highly recommend them to everyone.

Shane answered phone after hours Friday night when I first called about my water tank leaking. Very responsive and easy to work with . Answered all my questions and I had a new heater financed & installed the following Monday. I was so impressed with their company, I’m using their sister company Dry County Restoration to do the mold remediation. Highly recommend!!
