Walter and Alex did a terrific job at our home. They are professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and work well together. Scott English Plumbing communicated very well regarding appointments, timing, delays, etc. Walter and Alex resolved the problem in a timely fashion and identified another issue which if ignored could have created a very serious problem. We would welcome these gentlemen for future plumbing work. Very pleased we called Scott English Plumbing.

Ben and Alex came over immediately when my elderly mom had the pipes UNDER THE HOUSE broke. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND their job description. Alex/Ben crawled under the house in a very small space on a very hot day and stayed there for 3 consecutive days. While down there they saw Brown Recluse spiders and killed every one they found with a blow torch. Alex was such a hard worker and both were very humble and GENEROUS WITH THEIR TIME. they didn’t rush off but stayed and explained everything to my mom and we all felt safe and very comfortable in trusting both of them without being home!! My mom who doesn’t understand a plumber‘s job, called Ben and wanted help with her pilot light. He literally told her that he would come over on his day off,the next day, to take care of it for her. I don’t know why anyone would want to use a different Plumber because this company was amazing ‼️‼️‼️
