These guys are so wonderful. Whether you just have a simple clog or there is major water damage in your home, they can handle it. After coming to do an initial diagnosis, they gave me not just one option to fix it & not because it was the most costly. They will give you at least 3 options to handle the problem as well as price points that are totally reasonable. It was all broken down & explained step by step for me& by experienced, friendly techs. They also let you know of any deals or discounts that could help shave off a few more $$$! I recommend them to all my friends & family for their plumbing needs & I absolutely recommend them to you!

Team Rooter replaced our 40-year-old storm drain. Jacob Yoab responded to our initial call for a free estimate to clean out our storm drain. He was engaging, clear, focused … a total professional. The estimate arrived as promised. By the time he left we knew we’d hire him. However, life intervened and we had to put the job on the back burner of our To-Do list. Couple months later Mother Nature decided we could no longer wait. Storm season began. We called Ashley/Annie to arrange for service. A busy time. Hard to fit us in but they did. Ultimately, the drain had deteriorated beyond repair and required replacement. Over the next few days Louis, Carlos & Victor replaced the drain and returned the yard to its former beauty. The respect, clear and frequent communication and upbeat attitude from the entire team went a long way in keeping things moving smoothly. We will assuredly put Team Rooter Orange County on our calendar for 2-year maintenance calls. And have already referred them to family and friends.

Louis from Team Rooter Orange County is amazing!!! The entire team worked on my parents house. I went there one day to ensure my parents were being well taken care of and after one day I had zero worries that they were not going to take advantage of my elderly parents. This team is truly good and HONEST. They also explained the situation very well and had no issues with me calling constantly to understand the situation. We essentially had the main sewer line and storm drain worked on. In terms of pricing, I ran the price through one of my friends for the scope of work and he said it was reasonable. Even if it came out Team Rooter was 10% more, I would still go with them since they were legit, patient, and honest. The warranty is also good.

I called Team Rooter and they sent Jacob to give me an estimate for a sewer line replacement and lateral sewer lining. Jacob took the time to explain the process to me and the crew started the next day. Ruben was the lead on my project and he was very knowledgeable, personable and respectful of my property and worked nonstop as did Oscar. I must give a thumbs up to management as the team and entire process was very professional. I highly recommend Team Rooter. Thank you Jacob, Ruben and Oscar.

Orlando, Jacob and the crew came out to repair some clogs we had in out front yard. The project ended up being astronomically biggger than we initially conceived but the crew kept me in the loop at every stage of work. They were extremely kind, professional, amicable and honest. I didn't feel deceived when things came up and trusted them completely at the first sign of trouble. They ended up also installing and supplying a water heater a day after we requested one. They were also communicative and reliable and came to help at the drop of a hat. I don't think I'll trust anyone other than these boys with my plumbing, heating and other issues around the house.

Great job by Ray to clear my kitchen drain. Affordable and quick, highly recommended for plumbing problems. I will use them again.
