Ted of Ted and Brothers Pluming Inc. repaired my Toto wall toilet. I am extremely pleased with the work. Ted was on time, friendly and experienced. It was determined a part required replacing. He returned, installed it, checked everything carefully, and cleaned up the area. I had mentioned a sink problem which he quickly took care as well. The charges were very fair. It is very difficult to locate honest, excellent help when necessary. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. I have already given their information to my friend.

They are licensed and insured, Most efficient, quickest repair I have had done by a contractor in a long time. Will definitely be using them again.

Quick and reliable service. When I called they offered same day or next day service. Arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour service window. They had to cut a hole in my kitchen ceiling to locate the origin of the leak. The level of protection put up was impressive - they left the area spotless after, they even put on little boot protectors over their shoes. Very professional, affordable and friendly service!

Ezekiel was professional in his interactions and approach to diagnosing the issue as well as finishing up. However, the price of $550 to replace the P-Trap and strainer basket was not what we would pay or would expect to pay for that repair when the drain is easily accessible and the disposal is on the other side of the sink. We paid for the visit, diagnosis and cleaning of the p-trap access of $155 without having the p-trap replaced or strainer basket repair done. He would not replace the p-trap unless we also had the strainer basket repaired. I can understand wanting to "do it right" but not at that cost. I will fix it myself unless I find another plumber at an affordable price for us.

Fabian was very knowledgeable to diagnose the leakage in our bathroom wall. We paid the upfront $295 for the wall access and diagnosed. Unfortunately we ended up using someone else due to the higher repair quote from them. We would use the company if it wasn't more than half more for the repairs compared to another plumber.
