Service Pros Plumber technician Eddie Plaster is an example of high skilled professional. He identified and explained in simple words what my whirlpool bathtub issues are, and how they should be fixed. He presented an estimate of work before leaving my house. I want to praise Eddie Palmer for the high quality work he already completed bathroom jacuzzi water fill up faucet. He did run into technical issue with replacement of universal cartridge fro shower head. So, he went beyond the work scope, contacted the manufacturer for additional instructions and is devoted to finish the work with success. I recommend Eddie as a very good technician for all plumber needs.

Although they have to reschedule my appointment the following day, the service I got from Eddie Plaster is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable in his field in declogging sewer drain pipes. He made sure that the obstructions were cleared by running the snake twice and used the camera to check any potential problems in the drain pipe. It was also a reasonable price (and check the coupons on their website for discounts). Overall it was a positive result and I was very satified with his work. I highly recommend him and his company for any plumbing problems.

Overall outstanding service. Service Rep (Ray) made his initial visit and immediately resolved a leak issue quickly, and provided an estimate to replace three toilets for us. As agreed, he returned shortly after we had the toilets delivered. He was prompt, thorough, and fast, completing the job in just four hours. He cleaned up the work areas and removed the three old toilets - all by himself. He is very strong. Strong, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. Thanks very much.

JUAN did a great job was very professional and kind. Definitely would use him again. It wasn’t cheap but what is these days! He came in and told me probably what the problem was and how much it was gonna cost. He had to unstick my clogged drain from my kitchen out towards the road. He told me the price it was going to be $419. He explained how the piping worked and what had happened. It didn’t take too long, and the problem was solved. I called Service Pros for the first time to repair my main water shutoff valve. Eddie called when he was on his way which was helpful. When he arrived, he was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. Hugely grateful for a positive experience with service pros. We had a toilet that continued to run and I reached my limit of what parts I was able to replace. Octavio was here the next day and helped us with the repair. He was professional, explained exactly what the problems were and very friendly. I would highly highly recommend this company.
