Justin and his crew worked at a very high level of professional courtesy and craftsman ship with the very difficult repair of our sewer drain replacement. I was especially impressed with Justin’s can do positive demeanor regarding all the challenges our project had to complete. Western Rooter you have champion’s in your corner . I had a broken sump pump and two clogged shower drains. I spoke to a live wonderful lady. Scheduled me in good time. The guys were prompt, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Explained all they were doing, no surprises. I felt prices were very reasonable. No sales pressure when they found a problem with my shower handle, but able to fix then, didn't have to reschedule for that. I will use them again when my VERY OLD house needs a plumber again. They are great!

Tree roots have breached the clay sewer line and my tenant's drainage is backed up. I called Western Rooter in the morning & they scheduled me for the same day to fix the issue! Justin and his team, Diego and Carlos, are incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Justin explains everything very clearly, with pictures and videos showing the tree roots throughout 90 feet of the sewer line. Western Rooter has all the latest tech equipment to tackle the toughest plumbing problem, including hydrojetting the sewer line and installing a Perma Liner. Justin, Diego, and Carlos are considerate of the other tenants on the property, as well. The crew worked past 10:30 in the evening so that the plumbing is restored for the tenant. I can't thank them enough for their hard work, dedication and commitment. I like reading all their email tips on plumbing maintenance. Justin, the crew, and office staff are worth every penny! I highly recommend Western Rooter for all plumbing issues, big or small!

Called them first thing I. The morning spot was made for the same day! The team came out they where quick and diagnosed issue and educated my in my setup. I would highly recommend this business. Their pricing is fair and their knowledge of septic tanks is outstanding.

Western Rooter is simply the best. They can handle any job, offer a fair price, and do the job right every time. After another plumber did a poor job fixing my laundry drain line, I had Western Rooter come in and tell me what I really needed to do to fix the problem and offered a fair price. Once I hired them, they got the job done quickly and correctly. I've used them for other jobs as well in the past and going forward, I think I'm going to only use them and no other plumbers.

Plumber came spent the entire time on the phone trying to get someone else to take the work. The job is a leak from the main line feed my house. Above ground completely accessible and easy to fix. We were over quoted on the work and he left charged us for an hour and performed no work. The company shows a Victorville branch address that does not exist. They are from Arcadia.

Pretty terrible customer experience. Asked them to quote a job, they quoted it. I was going to use them but they didn't respond when I asked them when they could start. However they suddenly responded that they finished the job and they are now asking me for a review? Would have given them an easy $6,000 but they couldn't get their act together to just respond to my question about their quote. The process was so bizarre I couldn't even give them my money if they wanted it!
