I'm very impressed with Sean and Reese from A1 Plumbing! After my dishwasher was repaired, my hot water would only "trickle" in my kitchen faucet, yet the dishwasher was filling up with hot water. By process of elimination and their knowledge, they were able to fix the problem and restore the hot water in my kitchen. I would definitely recommend A1 Plumbing to friends or family.

A1 Plumbing was provided to me by my Home Warranty company . I had a toilet leak and 2 people came, they checked under the house foe leakings but at the end it was just the wax seal of the toilet. First thing they ask is if they can use my bathroom to pee, like ok, I was ok with it. The problem is that after they left I check and there was a mess in the bathroom, also the hallway and the trash can in the bathroom was full of their trash. Also I checked outside and they didn't closed the cover to go under the house, they left a bucket outside and the disposable jumpsuit a guy was using was just left there on the patio. Very messy people.

Excellent Service 👍 A-1 Repiped my house making sure everything was securely mounted to the studs they had all the tools required to professionally repipe my house that's what I was most concerned about when having a big job performed on my property. I'm very happy with the price and serviced I received.

Worst customer service. I called to let the employer know that his employee cut me off and almost hit my car. He tried to justify what the driver did and undermined what I was telling him. He said “I’m pretty sure he didn’t mean to do it, these are brand new trucks”. That does not justify his employee’s reckless driving. He called me rude even though his employee almost hit my car with his company truck. Yet I’m the rude one even though anyone would be upset if their car almost got hit by a big company truck. I explained to him where we were at and yet all he said was “well I have 6 trucks and they’re new so I’m sure he didn’t mean to hit you”. Instead of taking liability of his employees action and extremely reckless driving with his big company truck. He was no help and just argued with me about my experience. I don’t want to scratch my car either yet I’m not cutting people off and driving recklessly. This is the type of customer service you will be looking forward to apparently if you have a grievance with this company. Very unprofessional and quite frankly very sexist with how he was talking to me and not taking me seriously.

The crew arrived and assessed the situation, and realized more needed to be done than a simple snaking. They had to replace a small section of underground line, and accomplished it in a relatively short time. Ran a line for the tub and everything is all good. Outside clean up could have been a little better, but they got the job done.

A1 Plumbing was provided to me by my Home Warranty company choice and they initially arrived. They stated the leak was from a leaking faucet and would have to get authorization from the Home Warranty company after receiving authorization stated that they would order the part. I confirm with them as I have text that the part would be equal and similar value, a few days later after multiple attempts to contact them and set up an appointment, I was unavailable to be there for the appointment and left my daughter to let them in when I was available after viewing the replacement item and previously confirming that it would be a vehicle or similar value. The item was not they stated that they were only authorized to provide a builders quality and after confirming with choice, the authorization was for $70. My faucet was still under warranty, so I planned off setting the hundred dollars of which my home warranty company charged me for the repairs with returning the faucet and receiving my prorated amount, but to my Dismay, the tech had taken the faucet after contacting A1 Plumbing . They said they would get the faucet back to me. Also provided in a text, but within minute stated that they no longer had the faucet and would be unable to provide. I stated that was unacceptable. They were never given permission to take from my home , and asked them to do the right thing and either returning the value of the faucet or the faucet itself I contacted my warranty company and told them I deemed this as theft. They were in agreement after hearing my side of the story and stated they would escalate this further informed A1 Plumbing That they need to do what is right or I will pursue this in small claims court and file a complaint of theft with the police department at this time they have not chosen to do what is right so I have no choice but to pursue legal stay away from this company You’ll be out more than a leaking faucet .

I can't say enough great things about Rick and his crew. I moved to Bakersfield 5 years ago and they've been to my house several times now. Each and every time they have come out immediately and fixed the problem. They are so incredibly nice and reliable. 100% the only plumbers I'll recommend.
