A-1 Plumbing in Bakersfield provided one of the most unprofessional and outright disappointing service experiences imaginable. From the owner down to the employees, their behavior was completely unacceptable. Not only did they fail to complete the plumbing repair correctly, but they also caused significant damage to my cabinetry and failed to properly repair the wall. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they laughed, made a complete mess, and disrespected my home. To make matters worse, their attitude was nothing short of appalling. They openly made rude comments about my dog, even going as far as to say they would throw them out. The lack of professionalism and basic respect was beyond frustrating. This so-called “mom-and-pop” plumbing company operates in an outdated, careless, and unaccountable manner, showing no regard for their customers or their property. Their dismissive and rude behavior, combined with subpar workmanship, makes it clear that they should not be trusted with any plumbing job. If you value quality service, respect, and professionalism, avoid A-1 Plumbing in Bakersfield at all costs

Called the phone number on a Sunday afternoon and got in touch with Jerry who was on call. He told me the rates and I agreed and he came out about an hour and a half later. He was able to fix my water main line that had broken and now I have no leaks. Highly recommended. Very professional. Thank you very much Jerry for your great work and service! Customer for life if I ever need you guys.

My main water line broke under my concrete driveway. The guys came out and got busy cutting the concrete and digging to the pipe. It was deep. Lots of work. Put the correct repair part and refilled and cleaned up nicely. Very professional work. I’ll use this company again and recommend it.

I am extremely satisfied with the work performed on my property! I needed drains cleared and a clean out installed. Jason was the field tech that came out and ran a camera through the pipe and assessed my situation. He explained everything in detail about what was needed and how the work would be done. He is knowledgeable, professional, respectful and answered all my questions. Those in the scheduling office were outstanding and had arranged for the job to be done the same day! I had an emergency sewer line back up. They had a tech at my home quickly. He cleared the pipe and showed me with a scope, what was going on. A root or roots are collapsing my sewer line. Plus there was a ton of grease in the line going from the kitchen to the sewer. My home had been a rental before I bought it. Needless to say , they will be back to replace my sewer line. I got a good price on both the service call and for the replacing of the line. Very professional. I will be recommending all my contacts to use them.
