Front desk customer service is a nightmare. 3 days to try and even get in appointment. The 1st time they didn’t even show up. I never argued there 245$ visit I was fine with that I just needed the service done. After Day 3 they tell me they have availability in 4 days. Ridiculous and a waste of time. Hey Frontier plumbing. I would have bought a new Boiler for all I care I had no issues with prices or labor or services. I just couldn’t get an appointment to save my life. Never got past the appointment process.
