My technician Alexander Elkins arrived on time and was very careful and thorough all in his work and explanations. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything he was doing and why. He has been here before and I have found him going above and beyond what is expected of him. His courtesy and professionalism are A1. I would definitely give him the highest recommendation, and I know he must be a great value to your company.

Having a membership with Gundlachs gives me such peace of mind. Michael K was at my house within an hour, on a Sunday, and quickly fixed my hot water tank. I cannot say thank you enough!

We called out Gundlach’s before the July 4th holiday to look at our AC unit. Outside of the commutation issues we had with this company their technician would open the door without knocking or ringing the door bell; he never asked if it was okay if he came in and out of the house. The technician for some reason had to use our water hose and didn’t put it back on top of all this he left all our gates open and wire clippings on our dog run. If it wasn’t for the discount they provided us for the part delays we experienced I would have provided a lower rating.

Thomas Cruz was very professional and polite. Clean up area he worked in. Last time the guy left a mess. If I could I would give him a 10.
