I recently had an excellent experience with HPS Mechanical for an AC repair, and I wanted to take a moment to commend their service technicians, Julian and Vincent. From the start, they were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Julian and Vincent arrived on time and took their time to assess the issue with my air conditioning unit. They explained what was wrong in a way that was easy to understand and provided me with clear options for repair. I appreciated their transparency and willingness to answer all my questions. The repair process was efficient, and they worked diligently to ensure everything was fixed properly. Not only did they restore my AC to perfect working condition, but they also took the time to clean up after the job was done, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend HPS Mechanical and specifically thank Julian and Vincent for their outstanding service. It’s rare to find such dedicated professionals, and I will definitely call them for any future HVAC needs!

First, I would like to say that the lady that I had spoke with the boss, she was very kind and understanding, and I truly appreciate her, but as far as the employees that I witnessed today, making fun of somebody and belittling them and pointing and laughing because they’re out here getting recyclables for their family Shame on you. I’m gonna pray for you. You never know what someone’s going through at the end of the day hustle is a hustle. We’re just out here trying to feed our family and instead we’re getting laughed at and mocked at while people are on the job at the end of the day your job isn’t any better than mine you do plumbing with all due respect so your job is essentially the same as our hustle right now . I really pray that you men that I saw laughing and mocking my husband do not do this again to someone else . We live in a cruel world it takes not even one second to be kind. Can not say enough good things about our experience with Chris. Entire system was clogged (no shower no potty) and with a 2 year being sick and the only that makes her fell better is a bath at the moment we needed help. HPS came out the next day and was done with in an hour! And a side note we were ready to pay what ever it cost to get our plumbing going again as soon as possible and HPS was the first to get out here and were half the cost of other local plumbers.

Loved the job!! HPS installed a new gas line for my pool heater. Edgar and Frankie were very knowledge and professional. Edgar took the time to explain the process. I will use them again for my plumbing needs

Johel was our HPS plumber, he was excellent! He diagnosed the problem with leak behind our refrigerator and ordered the part that was needed. Came back promptly the next day when the part was here and fixed the leak quickly within an 1 1/2hrs. He was very kind and professional! Thanks Johel! Joey and Amanda Cabrera

My water heater died on a holiday weekend. Call their dispatch. They were clear with the price for coming out. When Eddie the service provider showed up, he was kind courteous and honest with me about the cost of replacing on a holiday. Eddie came back the very next day and took care of my water heater. Professional 100% of the time. An extra part was needed and it was bright to my house quickly! Thanks HPS for saving me!!

I called concerned about my water heater. Eddie came out inspected what I have and explained the situation very thoroughly. He also gave me a quote if I want to replace an upgrade my current water heater. Since he was here for HPS, I showed him the backwash that was corroded. He will be replacing that for me next month. Great attitude and very friendly and explained everything so that me as a female can understand! I highly recommend using this company. When I called for the appointment on Friday they gave me a Monday appointment.

Julian did a great job fixing our AC. Would definitely recommend HPS !
