Jake was highly professional and did an excellent job. He repaired my kitchen faucet and fixed a toilet leak quickly and efficiently, all at a fair price. His communication, both over the phone and in person, was clear and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

I’ve been doing business with Precision Plumbing for the last couple of years. They have helped me on multiple remodeling jobs and emergency call out situations. Jake is a very experienced and knowledgeable plumber and his team follows his lead. I trust his judgment when plumbing issues arise. His scheduling app is state of the art and sends great reminders for appointments we have scheduled. His online invoices also make it easy to track and pay online. We initially hired them about 2 years ago to address a backup issue in our bathrooms, and Jake did such an excellent job that we didn't hesitate to call him again when we encountered a more pressing plumbing issue. The team that Jake assembled, including Stephen, was quick, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process. They worked diligently to ensure that the job was completed to our satisfaction, and they were careful to minimize any disruption to our daily lives (as I work from home). Jake and his coworker came to my house to unclog my washing machine drain pipe which was overflowing due to very old pipes which hadn't been cleared in many, many years. They arrived on time and got right to work. They were able to clear it sufficiently so that I could continue using my machine. He pointed out how really old the pipes were and would probably require further attention somewhere down the line. I had a lot happening in my life at the time and told him that I would definitely give him a call back to finish it up sometime in the near future. All in all, I was very happy with the results and definitely will let my friends and family know about them if any of them need a good, reliable plumber.

Steven, the plumber assigned to install new faucets, fix others, and install a shower assembly in our guest bathroom and a new master bedroom shower unit. He was supremely capable, conscientious with how much time he spent in our home to minimize costs to us, and was a great asset to your company. Jake Wilson from Precision Plumbing and Drain was able to save me money by repairing the back flow.for my pool. He responded quickly to my call , was on time, and did a great job. The pool auto fill line has been working perfectly for several weeks now. I highly recommend him and his company!

Stephen arrived early. Diagnosed the issue. Solved it quickly. He also installed a new faucet for me. This is my second time dealing with Stephen. He’s done a great job both times. I recommend Precision Plumbing and Stephen, if he’s the one handling the service call. They’re nice and friendly and easy to deal with. The price charged was fair and reasonable. I won’t hesitate to call Precision in the future.

Didn't know any plumbers in town and they were top on google search list. Very glad I found them, came by only a few hours after contacting them. Was able to get my kitchen sink back and working and a great price, much cheaper than the average cost google suggested it would cost. Very highly recommend.
