Rescue Hero Plumbing & Pumping

I went to the garage and found my old water heater leaking. I called and they arrived a couple hours later. They did all work necessary to get at the heater, replaced it, removed the old one, and restored the access. Very quick, efficient, and great value.

Fairly certain I got taken today. I've used this company in the past and they were reasonable before, today the cost was double what was paid in the past. A little more for working the weekend was acceptable, but when my tank was pumped I was was told, "once their truck was full, if I wanted the job completed, it'd cost me an additional $300 for them to come back and finish". I wasn't told about this additional cost before the job started, only after the job was half done. What choice did I have at that point. Looks like from other reviews, I'm not the only one overcharged for "services". Quoted $675 for a weekend call which was understandable, and an additional $200 for the acid which I was ok with, but ended up having to pay $1,200 to have the job completed.

I do not recommend. They didn’t even pump out the other side of septic. I had to empty 2 years later because of this. I got ripped off and also ripped me off by charging 200 to pour liquid. Almost 1,000$ for what exactly…

Showed up very fast once I called for a water heater repair. Work was done very well and in a timely maner

I can't say enough good things about this Company and the people I spoke with from the office to the gentleman that came out to the house. I had so many dumb questions and they were very patient and answered all of them. Everyone was kind!!!! The 2 gentleman that came out were very polite and patient, I would recommend them to anyone I talk to!!!!!! They were very affordable and didn't try to cheat me like the last compant I used. I was skeptical at first when they pick up because they just say “plumbing service” but lost that skepticism quickly when Westin showed up an hour later. He is very professional and even took it like a champ when my 2 80lb puppies jumped him in the kitchen! Made me feel like a dang fool (in a good way) with how easy the fixes were. Would & have definitely recommended! Thanks!!

Had placed an emergency call for our little league today during our busiest game day of the week. They were quick to arrive and got us up running again in no time. Very professional and prompt. Would use them again and recommend them.
