Joey was amazing! He was so helpful and kind. He definitely knows what he’s doing. He repaired the water heater and got it working in no time.

Unfortunately me and my family have been without water since Monday! With nothing but set backs from other companies from our warrenty, I’m glad we finally had Zip Appliance and Plumbing Repair Service as our contractor. Hayden gave us awesome service! Not only was he genuine, trustworthy, and educated on what was needed to make sure this mishap didn’t happen again in the future. He went above and beyond just to make sure we had running water!!! 🤓🙏🏼🙌🏼 What a blessing!!! He is one in a million and we are grateful to have had the pleasure of having him as our plumber! They were great. I called them because my dryer was having issues. They were very friendly and helpful over the phone. The technician was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He was very upfront and open about everything. He wasn’t trying to sell me on anything or up charge me. Their prices were great as well. I will definitely be calling them back to work on my other appliances.

I called for service on my very old Modern Maid stove top. Jesse arrived on time and was very friendly and outgoing. He took the time to not only fix the problem but explain the components of my stovetop and also showed me how to safely take it apart and put back together in order to complete a very needed deep cleaning. He answered all my questions and I am very happy to have all 4 burners working again! Would definitely recommend!

Good, Quick work by technician. Parts prices are a little higher than ordering direct from manufacturer, took a little long for parts order to arrive also. Otherwise everyone was polite and detailed. Would recommend so long as the price is comparable
