We've been using Beast Bay Plumbing for years now. Every time we have an issue, they always have a great response time and fantastic service. Pet friendly and willing to work with us when it comes solutions to our problems. I can not recommend them strongly enough for the service they provide. As far as I care, they are the only plumbers in town when my pipes spring a leak.

While out of town in early August, a neighbor alerted me to a water leak in my backyard. I called around for local plumbers and BeastBay was more than willing to help, even same day! I was elated that this potentially catastrophic issue would be taken care of nearly immediately. After a diagnosis, the technician notified me that the galvanized pipe was shot and would have to be replaced. Over $2,000 later, it was fixed. Except it wasn't... The technician, James Riggins, failed to properly mate the new copper pipes up with each other, leading to another leak. This required another visit to my property to have his fix fixed. But wait, there's more! In order for the hose bib to work, a valve has to be turned on. This valve also causes one of my planter sprinkler boxes to run infinitely. So if I want to use my hose spigot that James replaced, I have to flood my planter, which is how we found out about this issue in the first place. This isn't even the only issue after this whole ordeal. James must've done something else to throw off the equilibrium of my property's irrigation system, as I've lost a whole Zone of sprinklers on my property. The landscaping is now dying unless I manually water it. Thanks to James, we fixed one problem and introduced a few more. But hey, at least my property isn't flooding, right? I reached out to Beast Bay management when returning home in late September about the issues that I noticed. I sent the email on September 27th. No response. On October 23rd, I reached out again for a follow up, asking for an update... Again. No response. On November 2nd, I asked for a THIRD update... To my surprise, Janea Williams reached out and said "I can send a technician out first thing Monday from 12-2" (November 3rd). Finally! Monday rolled around and I cancelled meetings and an appointment so I could meet up with the technician. Naturally, 2pm rolled around, and nobody from Beast Bay had showed up. Unreal. I would say it was unbelievable, but at this point, I wasn't even surprised. On Monday afternoon, I reached out to Jenea and the Beast Bay management team to notify them that nobody had arrived in that window we agreed on. To no surprise, I have heard nothing yet from anyone at Beast Bay. Beware of this shady company. They're fantastic at bait and switching you. Not only did I pay an astronomical amount of money to have my initial issue fixed, but I was ghosted and left with even more issues than what I started out with. I reached out to other plumbers and they all said the price I paid was highway robbery and they would've been able to do it for far less money and wouldn't have left me with the issues that Beast Bay did. I should have known when James was on the phone with his boss, he begged and pleaded for this job. It's almost like he knew what a simple job it was and how much he could charge me for it. Despite it being such a simple job, he managed to make so many mistakes. Oh and the cherry on top? James told me neighbor, who was housesitting for me, that James was planning on starting his own plumbing company. HA! Good luck with that. Plus I'm sure Beast Bay loves their own employees telling their customers about their future rogue endeavors. Oh, and in order to access the job site, James had to move my Mini-Split's compressor. He damaged it in the process and it had to be repaired and readjusted. Never again, Beast Bay. Never again.

We experienced significant flooding due to old pipes. The plumbers who came out were amazing, professional, reasonably priced, and highly competent. I would use them again and again if we had any more issues.

We used a guy three years ago from the company and was really happy with him. So we called the company again when we found a bathroom leak. It was a terrible mistake! First of all, the whole process was unprofessional. Everything was oral, they just named a high price ($1800 to replace one foot of tube!) and ready to walk away after they opened my drywall. After we paid them, no receipts, no invoices were provided. When I contacted the company for an invoice, they just gave me a bare minimum one, without even mentioning they were supposed to fix a bathroom leak. Of course, no warranty information. Second, we had to call the guy many many times to finally get the leak fixed. The first time he claimed it was fixed, and of course it was not. Finally he got the leak fixed, then had to call him back to put back the drywall. He said the company was not responsible for that, we had to pay him personally. Again no receipts after he got the money. After he finally put back the drywall, you had to paint it yourself as he was not responsible for that. Guess he expected us to pay him again.... Definitely learned a big lesson, thank you Joel, thank you, BeastBay plumbing for slapping me as a customer...

Awesome quick service called the night before they came out the next day. I was moving out of a rental and our refrigerators water line valve at the wall was broken so we couldn't take it off until it was replaced. Beast bay Plumbing was there replaces valve cut wet wall out and replaced it as well A1 service took about 1hour

I got charged 299.00 for a rude man to snake the bathtub to remove a small amount of hair. This took him no more than 15 minutes. I feel ripped off. I asked him to snack it again to make sure all the hair was removed and he snapped at me, "no, the drain is clear!"

I had an outstanding experience with James Riggins from Beastbay Plumbing! After recently installing a new ice machine, I discovered a leak that needed immediate attention. James quickly diagnosed the problem and found that the original plumber had used a cheap plastic part for the connection to the appliance. He replaced it with a high-quality metal flexible part and ensured everything was working perfectly before he left. James’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. He took the time to explain what went wrong and how he fixed it, which I really appreciated. He wore booties and brought in a mat to keep my house extra clean -> pro and considerate. Love that! It’s rare to find such quality service these days, but James exceeded all my expectations. On top of that, James is a really nice guy with integrity. I highly recommend James Riggins and Beastbay Plumbing for any plumbing repairs—especially if you want the job done right the first time!
