JR's Plumbing and Drain

Paid $368 to snake a drain from the kitchen sink clean out port. Cleared the drain fine. Responsive customer service. Giving three starts because the tech accidentally turned a gas burner on and it was lit for a whole day. (We weren’t home when he came to snake the drain.) Thankfully, no major issues other than a really warm house and wasted $$$ on gas. Shame on me perhaps for not checking on the house directly after he was done. But thought it was worth noting.

New to the area, we’ve used several different plumbers over the last few years. I’m happy to say that I will only use JR’s from now on. They do a great job and they are reasonably priced. The workers are very knowledgeable and capable, finding solutions without over selling. And their receptionist is a treat! She is super efficient, a great communicator, and so friendly. No matter the issue, she makes me feel like everything really will be okay 😃

This company and its employees are AMAZING. They are on time , courteous, efficient in getting stuff done quickly and correctly at a fair price , and I could go on and on . I use them at the property I manage and I could not be happier. They are highly recommended by me and my tenants are very happy as well. This company is the one to go with . Worst experience, I have been living in this house for 7 years and never Had any problems with my kitchen sink, recently kitchen sink got clogged called jr’s they came the next day and cleaned it and told me that it was a lot of food in the pipe and that’s what caused the problem, before the plumber left I noticed that the water draining slow I asked him why the water draining slow and he turned the garbage disposal on and water drained fast , after he left we didn’t use the kitchen sink until the next day at night and we noticed the water was draining slow and water was backing up, called them back the next morning and they sent us a plumber the day after first he was an hour and 45 minutes late after calling me letting me know that he he was on his way, plumber came in and was rude the first thing he asked me is for the payment of $209 last service I got from the was $169 a day ago I had to call the office and they told me that it was a recall and is was free , plumber looked under the sink and didn’t say anything and called his boss in front of me and was rude and told his boss that it was a lot of food in the pipe and that’s what caused the problem and his boss told him to charge me again, I refused to pay and he left , called office and they owner told me the I have to pay because of the food and after explaining he agreed to do it for free but he was rude about it and said that this is going to be the Last time. Hopefully they can fix this and make sure they hire professional plumber and have someone else answer the phone instead of the owner because owners sometimes think about the money before thinking and the customer service . What bothered me the most is the customer service and the way they talk to the customer

This is a great company to work with if you experience issues with your water heater! They are super responsive and very customer focused. The technician who came to our house, Scott, was really professional and super cool. He took time to fully explain the work/repairs he had to make and was very thorough in his work. We are very happy with the repairs and we're back online with hot water which means my wife is happy again! :)

Cancelled on me last minute. Wasted 3 hours of my time. They said they were going to go then wanted to collect a deposit. Then they cancelled when i asked why they needed a deposit if i have always paid in full. This company was great before they merged or sold to new owners.

I am so impressed and grateful for Scott from Jr.'s Plumbing and Drain! I has a flood in my upstairs bathroom and Scott was able to come out quicker than anyone else was and he did such a great job. He was so thorough and diligent. I felt so comforted to know that the problem was resolved properly. I really can't thank him enough for the work that he did. The cost was reasonable in my opinion. more importantly, he was very transparent with the work that he did and made sure I was comfortable with the work that he had done before leaving. I'm so glad I found a plumber I can trust!

I am soooooooo grateful and pleased with this company, and I would definitely use them again! I called late yesterday morning and Scott was at my house before 2 pm! He was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and so fast. I had 2 leaky supply lines to my water heater that needed to be replaced! Scott had all the needed supplies with him, so the job was taken care of within minutes literally!!! Thanks a million!!!
