Best plumber near me! They went the extra mile to communicate and navigate city requirements, codes, and permits. The Oak Plumbing team is exceptional. Not only is their work amazing and each member of the team we spoke with knowledgeable and kind, but they kept us updated on the status of the project and helped us understand the work and inform us of our choices. We 100% plan to hire them again. We had a small project that turned into a large project. In retrospect we feel grateful that we made the choice to work with Oak Plumbing and would not hesitate to refer or recommend them! Honestly, we hope this company continues to invest in their incredible staff (pay, benefits, time off, training etc.) because they truly have an exceptional team! We don’t wish plumbing issues on anyone but if you’re reading this review don’t hesitate to reach out to Oak Plumbing. As a woman, there are times where companies would prefer to talk to my husband but I did NOT have that experience with Oak Plumbing. It was the opposite. I felt that they were open and honest and went out of their way to share pictures from under our house and walk me through everything! They helped me understand how the decisions we made today impact future decisions about other plumbing needs we have. They really looked out for me and my family! Extremely grateful that we found them!

I called about two leaky shower valves. The tech quoted me $3400 to replace all the piping. I said that wouldn't work for my budget (it sounded WAY too expensive). I told them that I wanted the lowest cost option as we were going to do a bathroom remodel in a few years. When he asked me about my budget, I said that I had budgeted $1,000 for the repair. He said that they may be able to replace the cartridges at $300 each if they could remove the shower handle. They could not. I said, I'd handle it from here and they charged me $169 for the "diagnostic" visit. This was basically a visit charge since they did not remove the handle and could not advise me on what to do next. After the tech left, I YouTubed the fix and removed the Pfister handles using an allen wrench and swapped out the cartridges with parts that I purchased at Home Depot for $83. It was as simple as replacing a filter and the valves work great. Caution! I'm sure they do great work but only call them if you want new everything. I gave 2 stars because they were easy to contact, they showed up on time and the tech seemed like a nice guy.

Just had the best experience getting an estimate on a water leak working with Malik. He is knowledgeable patient and so kind. He explained all my options without any pressure. I wish there were more stars. He is a gem of an employee take good care of him. I had an excellent experience with Oak Plumbing. I called about a leak to a tub faucet in the morning, and by late morning they were on the job. My technician, Torry worked on my leak for 2 - 3 hours, fixing and replacing the necessary components. He was efficient, clean, and friendly. I would highly recommend Oak Plumbing, and they will be my go to plumbing company in the future.

Malik Reed was very professional. He did an excellent job of explaining what our issues were and how he was going to fix them. If we didn't understand something, he was patient to explain in detail until we understood. He will be our plumber for the future and we will recommend him to all of our acquaintances.

The plumber, Devin, was very nice and did a terrific job! We also appreciated Malik, who came out to give us the estimate on what we needed done. Our experience with Oak Plumbing was great, and we will definitely call them back if we need any other plumbing done anywhere in our home!

Malik was excellent. He came out and did our annual servicing on our tankless water heater. He also worked on quoting us on getting a recirculation system to increase the speed of hot water to our faucets. He is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products that his company sells.

I contacted Oak Plumbing around 6:30am and received a phone call back within 15 minutes. A plumber, Travis, was dispatched to my home by 8 AM. Travis was amazing. He was super knowledgeable. personable and kind! He gave me a quote right on the spot and answered all of my questions. Installation happened the same day. By the early afternoon I had a brand new hot water heater with all the new bells and whistles and a six year warranty to boot! Great customer service from start to finish. Shout out to Ann who scheduled and handled payment. I feel really confident in the work that was done. I already have plans for Travis to come back out and install new faucets in a bathroom. I would definitely recommend Oak Plumbing!!
