Up 2 Code Plumbing and Boilers

I recently had to get a service call on our how water heater. Company came by and looked without taking anything apart and quoted me $650. I decided to get a 2nd quote and contacted Up2Code. They ran the model and serial numbers and found the parts under warranty. The complete repair was $350. Great job and friendly. Highly recommended.

I have used this company two times to install two toilets. Both times they have been excellent. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and did a nice job. What I was most impressed with was the value. My bill each time was right around $250. It took one hour for the installation. They also changed the line on the toilet and use the quarter valve shut off. He was even able to check out an issue I had in the backyard in five minutes. I used them in 2021 and when I tried to use them in late 2022 they were booked up for another job. I reached out to Peter Levy plumbing and was quoted $1000 to install the toilet (crazy). They quoted me $250 just to replace the quarter valve shut off (criminal). So instead I simply waited for Up 2 Code plumbing. Best value out there and they get the job done. Both toilets were Kohler and installed perfectly in my bathrooms. I plan to use again for any leak or plumbing issues.

Our gas hot water heater was beginning to make loud banging noises and also the pilot wouldn't stay lit. My husband did all of the google suggested fixes and no go. It is 9 years old so I worried about the repair or replacement cost. Called Up2Code and they were extremely helpful and set up an appointment right away and gave us a quote. Kristen (?) called us back right away and said she thought our WH was on a recall and recommended we call the manufacturer. She was right! Not only were the recalled parts covered but also the labor!!! Joe was great and managed to squeeze us in on a Friday afternoon. Two thumbs up for Up2Code.

Made an emergency call mid-afternoon today, as we'd had to turn the water to the house off due to a bathroom plumbing issue. Joe arrived just when he said he would, took care of our problem efficiently and without drama (I have enough of that, what with taking care of my husband who has Alzheimer's), and the price was very fair. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and professional. Went out of their way to help me as soon as possible which was excellent because we had no hot water. Highly recommend this company.

The plumber that worked at completed the work but failed to wear a mask. The office staff was terrible, very rude and condescending. They also did not return direct calls despite several voice-mails. They only called back when the builder rep called then for a warranty repair.

Had a garbage disposal emergency and Up 2 Code was here on time and very professional. Saved us from having to replace the unit and will absolutely use them again.
