Robert deserves 10 stars. His responsiveness, expertise, communication, professionalism (and i could go on), are RARE these days.

I discovered Our water heater was leaking all over the garage floor…what to do? I searched for a plumber and found Water Heaters Express and called at 3:40 pm on a Thursday. Rob answered and was here in about an hour. Had the new water heater installed with new gas lines, water valve, bracing, etc within 3 hours of calling. Wasn’t cheap but nothing is anymore since 2020!

I was referred to Water Heaters Express by a neighbor when our aging hot water heater started leaking at around 8pm the night before a huge storm. I was afraid no one would reply to me on short notice! I called Robert and left a message and he called me back within 5 minutes. I sent him photos of the old water heater, which was about 20 years old! He gave me an estimate for a replacement over the phone and was here promptly the next morning, even working around an appointment that I already had scheduled. He was done in about 2 hours, and it was a super clean install, all new lines and braces and showed us how to restart the water heater, if it was ever necessary. Definitely recommend! He knows what he is doing !

Robert at Water heaters Express is the best. He saved me when I had out of town company arriving within 24 hours. Robert was on the case and very professionally installed a new water heater for me. He gave me great advice on how to utilize and maintain the water heater as well as other things related to my water system. Robert's assistance was especially appreciated because I had just been blown off by a local plumbing company.

I called Water Heater Express. Robert answered the phone and made an appointment for my Water heater. Arrived early, check my water heater and told me “ I’ll fix with in the hour”. One hour later Robert fix my water heater and gave me a competitive fair price. No complaints here, less than one hour he’s out the door. Robert was very professional, very punctual, and easy to make appointment on my convenient time and day. I definitely recommended Robert to my friend and family.

I hired Robert last week to do a Tankless Water heater install to replace my 30+ year old tank heater. Not only were his prices extremely competitive, he responded quickly and completed the job with professionalism. He respected COVID guidelines and was generally a pleasure to work with.
