We bought their HVAC around 2 years ago, and it is broken after one year(their sales told me they don't even know why). You will be amazed how rude & unprofessional their sales are, and how their attitude can change so much when you reach out to them after your paid and now the HVAC is broken. I just spent another 3400+ to fix it since they claimed some parts of the charges are not covered in the warranty. They don't feel sorry or is a big deal, not even a single reply when I was trying to figure out the cost of my payment, as they have made changes on the numbers on the email and invoice. Instead of trying to figure out how to clean up their own mess. They hang up on me when I was standing in the bank just wish to find out how much I need to pay in total . There is no one you can talk to, and you will just have to swallow it. Bit of advice for ppl who really need to buy their HVAC, do think twice!!!!

I did a bunch of research to find a trustworthy heating/AC company and I’m so glad I found and went with Copper Hawkins!! They came and fixed my heater right away, being careful and mindful of my space. Very professional, knowledgeable (knew the ins and outs of my building’s old heater) and got the job done in a timely manner is something I greatly appreciate! We reached out to Copper Hawkins to assess our AC unit. Don came over to our home and made great recommendations to help us cool down without having to replace our existing unit. I appreciated his professionalism, punctuality, and most importantly his honesty. He did mention that our AC unit was small for our home, but he did not push us on purchasing a new unit. He mentioned to follow his initial recommendations and from there determine whether or not we want to invest in a larger unit. We followed his advice and it worked! Cooper Hawkins is a great HVAC contractor. They've been around forever but you still get a small family company experience. If you have the opportunity to work with them, you will not be disappointed. A+.
