From start to finish, his professionalism and expertise was evident. He used advanced software to build an estimate that provided pictures and a detailed breakdown of the work, which gave me full transparency and confidence in the repairs. He took the time to explain the process, worked efficiently, and ensured the new flange and wax ring were installed perfectly. The quality of his workmanship was top-notch, and he left the area spotless when he was finished. Joshua was great. He took the time to go over everything, provided options. He assessed the situation and was able to fix all of our cheap plastic valves from Seeno Homes. These cheap valves broke and flood our first floor. Joshua from Flow Pro was able to replace them with more reliable metal valves. Here are some before and after photos of the job. We had a leak coming through the out side wall from a unknown source, had a couple plumbing companies come out and no one could solve our mystery leak,until we called FLO PRO plumbing out to take a look,Jesse is the owner of FLO PRO ,he explained in great detail of his plan to find the leak and a solution to fix it,within a hour he and Elijah his assistant found the leak and explained in detail what his plan was to fix it, so what other plumbers could not do,Jesse had it repaired, it took most of the day but we are dry again!! When I called for emergency service, late on a Friday afternoon/evening I was told that they wouldn’t be able to help me until Monday. Within 5 minutes after getting off the phone, the owner, Jesse, called me back to get a bit more information about my needs. After a brief discussion, Jesse said he could take care of it and would be there by 7pm. Jesse showed up right when he said he would. Also, the original price he quoted was exactly what I was charged. I believe his price for emergency call was more than fair. He did not try to add any extra charges. He took care of the work and was done quickly with full explanation of work performed. I would highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them for our future needs. Thanks again Jesse!

Excellent service so nice and easy to work with helpful and low pressure. Explains every step & everything and everything he does- Just a pleasure to work with thank you so much! I would also like to add, that My original appointment was on an emergency basis and needed a valve changed, I left a message and let them know to please let me know if you have any cancellations. Within hours, they called me and they had a cancellation and showed up on the dot. There was other work That Josh found and suggested that we got done. After talking to my husband, he said yes go ahead and do all the work, immediately they came back the next day without any hesitation. I will be recommending you guys to friends and family !

Been a happy customer for 3 years. From the customer service in the office to the technicians in the field, they are amazing and super great to work with! Had a leaky shut off valve that was extremely old and Brandon and Josh came out and fixed the issue, and explained everything very clearly. They were both great to work with!
