I called precision when my water heater went out. I couldn’t be more impressed with precision. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Not only did they show up immediately but the professionalism and communication was refreshing. Highly recommend. Before and after pictures attached.

He is always clear and concise in his explanation of our options. Darren is very personable and is definitely our forever plumbing expert! Our appointment was scheduled from 8:00 am - 10:00 am and the plumber, Cole, arrived just a few mins past 8:00 am (I like that!). The job was to repair/replace a rusted and leaking galvanized pipe that fed an automatic pool fill line located in our backyard by our pool equipment. This required breaking up concrete to access a threaded pipe coupler embedded in the concrete. Cole had all the right equipment to break up the concrete while minimizing the amount of concrete removal. This was a "time and material" work order which was completed in approximately 2 hours at a cost that was, IMO, very reasonable. We are very happy with the great job done by Cole and Precision Plumbing & Contracting!

The plumber allowed me to watch part of the job installation that I couldn’t figure out. Darren set up the cover plate so I could properly turn off the water, if needed. He commented about the good quality of the faucet which reassured me that I made the correct choice. This company had fair pricing, almost half of what other plumbing companies were quoting me. Darren‘s work was clean and professional.
