We had a leak under our sink, found Premier 1 Plumbing, and they were able to come out the same day (even earlier as requested). Kevin came out and got us fixed up quickly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and even provided tips for things to look out for. The price was right on point and would definitely recommend for any plumbing needs.

Premier 1 Plumbing was an incredible company to do business with. Kevin and David came out to my house within two hours of finding a ceiling leak in my house. They assessed my issue quickly and got straight to work. Finding black mold from the slow leak made my repairs longer than I had hoped for, but the pipes were repaired the same day so I could use my upstairs bathroom. They worked well together and let me know everything they had to do and why they had to do it. I would definitely use them in the future.

Kevin, the owner, was very friendly and had excellent communication during my over night plumbing emergency. He walked me through how to slow down the issue until him and his team could arrive in the morning. Jesse and Jose were very friendly and efficient, they talked me through the issue the whole way. They made sure they brought towels to avoid any messes and cleaned up after they fixed the issue. My faucet works better than it ever has!

Jose came to my home recently to repair a leaky shower faucet. He explained everything in detail, noting the best case to worst case scenarios prior to starting the work. It turned out the repair was quite involved. However, he was patient and did a thorough job! I have used this company before and will continue to reach out to them for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them and a special thank you to Jose.

I called yesterday because my faucet in my kitchen had been leaking for a little more than a week. Team was very knowledgeable and scheduled my appt for the same day (which was surprising because usually you have to wait a couple days ). The techs are very skilled and efficient. Got the leak fixed quickly. Would definitely be using them again .

I had a leaky laundry sink drain so I sent a request to Kevin and he responded quickly and offered to come fix the issue within an hour of my request. He was also up-front about pricing and we agreed for him to do the work. Once he arrived, he was very friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and performed the repair to my satisfaction. I also had him take a look at some leaky sink fixtures. He recommended that it is better to replace the fixtures. Once I am ready to move forward with that job, I will be reaching out to him. These guys were great. Every time I called I spoke directly with Kevin who was super friendly and helpful. We needed a valve replaced before Home Depot would install our dishwasher and Kevin had his guys. They got the job done quick and things didn't work out with Home Depot so I called Kevin back and he was back here quickly to get our dishwasher installed as well. They handled the installation and haul away. Great to work with - highly recommended. Thanks guys!

Premier 1 plumbing is the best in Burbank. I have used them for years and he always does a superb job. Jose just came and changed all my bathroom faucets. He thought he would have to take the pedestal sink off, but he figured out how to change it without doing that. No mess to clean up and everything was great!
