Jacob did a great job. He was so nice and explained everything he was going to do. He wanted me to be sure that I understood the problem. He took care of my issue so quickly and he cleaned up behind himself. I also appreciated that he wore booties over his boots without me having to ask. Just great customer service and consideration for my home. I will definitely be reaching out to him for any other plumbing needs I have and will recommend to my friends.

I don't recommend RooterMan. Mike came out talked a bit argued some because he was trying to upsell me. I wasn't falling for it. Same ole same ole. Many of these rooter companies play the same game. Come out and then try and upcharge you to a more expensive service, like Hydro Jetting or repiping. They normally Make a bunch of excuses, rinse and repeat. Mike came out, I knew immediately he wasn't going to work on it because his snake was too small. I said how are you going to do a main line with that little snake. He said that the bigger snake was or $250 something like that. Then after talking he tried to upcharge me to a Hydrojet. I told him I just wanted a simple punch. He put this little Snake in and the he said his snake was jammed in the l mainline. I said just "GO", "I'll go rent a snake from home Depot". So I went and rented the home Depot snake. Cost me $80 but it took me 10min max. (Attached are the photos of the Home Depot snake that I rented for $80)

Orlando and his crew were excellent! I had a very big plumbing issue this weekend. Orlando came out right away and walked me through each step of what needed to be fixed. He is so knowledgeable. The crew worked tirelessly for many hours and didn't leave until my plumbing worked again. What a relief! I would not hesitate to recommend Orlando and Rooter Man to family and friends.

Jacob and his team were nothing short of amazing. We had some emergency plumbing and they came out in a hour, assessed the damage and got working right away. Pricing for the work was very reasonable and had no issues with scheduling the work. Jacob made sure all his work was perfect and always double checked with me to make sure I was happy with the work. I highly recommend Jacob and his team for any plumbing work and will call them back for any future work.

Wow so thoroughly happy with a gentlemen sent to our home named Orlando. He was so respectful, knowledgeable and didn't quit until he got the job done perfectly. I couldn't be more happier. He was well on time and cleaned the area up. Couldn't be more happier with Rooter Man service will now go to them for everything n including sharing this business information with my entire family!

are they the cheapest guys in town. no. we tried the mom and pop guys and they couldn't get it done. we tried 3 of the mom and pop guys. 1 of them never returned our calls and the others phone got disconnected. rooter man over 3 days had a total of 5 trucks with different equipment and tools diagnosing and treating our backed up sewage line. they dug a trench cleaned out and replaced piping etc and did a great job retiling our patio. again there are times you gotta go big other times not. we will use the mom and pops to change out faucets. for bigger projects that require the best equipment that is readily available i will call rooter man.
