I recently had to replace my old water heater, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The technician, Evan, was fantastic. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to explain the entire process before getting started. It was clear he was highly skilled and knowledgeable, which gave me a lot of confidence. Not only did he replace the water heater quickly, but he also took great care to ensure everything was properly installed and functioning before he left. He even cleaned up thoroughly after the job, leaving no mess behind. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend The Water Heater Company to anyone in need of water heater repair or replacement. Evan is an asset to the company, and I’m grateful for the excellent service!

Jared B. did an excellent job from the assessment/proposal stage to the final installation of the water heater. He provided for my approval a detailed list of items that needed replacement to complete the repairs as well as bring the conditions up to code. He also recommended the main water gate valve be replaced with a ball valve which I was planning to do at some point. He documented the install with photos (emailed to me with a copy of the invoice), showed me how to verify the warranty on the manufacturer's website and how to maintain the new unit. More importantly, he cleaned up all the disturbed work areas and even asked if I had some touch up paint. Great job.

My experience with The Water Heater Company was great. I got their name from the Rheem website, and searched and saw all their great reviews on google. They came out the same day I called. Edit: Zack was easy to work with (who also looked like my nephew travis) explained my options and did a fantastic job when I decided to replace my old unit. I am very satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend The Water Heater Company if you have annoying water heater problems preventing reliable hot water.

I was having issues with my water heater, so I was shopping around for a company to fix it and to my great fortune discovered The Water Heating Company. Let me tell you, my experience from the quote phone call to the installation of my water heater was a great one. Everyone I interacted with was very knowledgeable and was super helpful. Marc, the technician who was sent to help, did a great job not only fixing my problem, but explaining everything every step of the way. I have little to no knowledge on water heaters, but he was patient enough to answer all my questions and concerns. He did a great job on the install, and it didn’t take very long at all. I HIGHLY recommend using this company for all your water heater / plumbing needs. I’m definitely going to be a returning customer.

The Water Heater Company provided a quote to install a tankless hot water heater. The process went well from start to finish. Evan came out to install the unit. He was very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. My family is very happy with the final result. I would definitely recommend The Water Heater Company.
