Water was pouring out of our meter box. I called Knockout Plumbing and they responded to our home earlier than they had predicted. Martin assessed our problem and dispatched Kevin to repair the break. Kevin arrived shortly, completed the repair very efficiently, and he actually returned a while later to turn the water on after the glue was dry. Both Martin and Kevin were respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. We really appreciate Knockout Plumbing and their fine employees.

Everything was fine, the plumber was courteous and knowledgeable and friendly. Friendly. The only odd thing was I didn't get an invoice with the visit. I was told that once my check had been processed it would be sent to me in email. That is unusual, typically a written invoice/estimate is presented before the work is done. Still don't have any proof that your company actually did this work at this time. Update: I called their office and they emailed me the paperwork.

Called for an estimate for drain repair. They came out promptly, gave a reasonable estimate, and arranged for the work to be done on the same day. Plumbers then arrived promptly and were able to complete the work without incident. One-year warranty on workmanship and materials used.

Edgar, Francisco and his team did an amazing job on the drain replacement and gas line to stove/cooktop including a city permit. The job was nicely and timely done and the team cleaned up the areas well before they left my property. The inspection by the city went very smoothly.

They took the time to explain the entire process and ensured everything was up to code for safety. The job was completed efficiently, and they left the area clean and tidy. They also offer to apply for the city permit (no work needed from my side) which is critical for home owners for long term safety – outstanding work! We had an emergency (Kitchen faucet broke) and Kevin came in and gave us a very fair estimate. He did not try to take advantage of the situation. Then I gave a 10% deposit. When the parts came in after about a week, Kevin came in again and did a very professional job. Also he is very polite and respectful. I would hire him again in a new york minute
