I cannot express how thankful I am for Chandler the GM, Manny, Juan, and Giovanni. We had a gas leak and after a detection company found the leaks, they repaired it right after, and worked with me through the permitting and city inspection process. After the initial work 2 more leaks were found, and they were just as prompt, helpful, and understanding to assist with that as well. The price was more than fair and its rare to find such a responsive and easy to work with company in any trade. Thank you Mastercraft!

MasterCraft Plumbers are THE BEST IN THE BIZ! We've contacted and used them multiple times for various jobs. (Ex: new water tank heater set up, general plumbing questions, complete washing station install...etc.). They get the job done and done right. Everyone has been so incredibly kind and communicative - I trust this crew with my life at this point. They are the best and you are in great hands!

Excellent service! The technician, Giovanni, showed up early morning after our water heater tank was leaking the night before. He ended up need to replace the water gate valve because it was corroded and the old water heater tank had a small leak at the seam in the bottom. I now have a brand-new, commercial-grade water heater tank (Bradford White brand), water leak was fixed, and hot water restored in our house! Fair price, great service, fast installation of the new water heater (1.5 hours), and no hidden fees. Thanks again Giovanni and MasterCraft Plumbers!

Eran Collins was outstanding. I hired MasterCraft Plumbers to replace a leaking faucet in an upstairs bathtub/shower. Unfortunately, things got off to a rocky start. A different plumber performed the initial work but was unable to complete the job due to not having the proper parts in stock. No big deal. The big deal occurred when water started pouring out of an AC vent downstairs — not dripping, pouring! Fortunately, I was home to turn the water off. Long story short, the source of the leak was ultimately never determined. (This is still somewhat unsettling as a homeowner.) A separate company has come in to help with the removal of standing water, and they have been fantastic. Eran arrived on time and completed the job in a highly professional, timely, and competent fashion. He talked me through everything he was going to do and did it like a pro. As a scientist, I know competency when I see it, and Eran has it. Thank you, Eran!

We've used MasterCraft for several plumbing issues and their service is outstanding. They let you know when they are on the way and show up on time and ready to tackle the job. After the evaluation, it is made clear what work needs to be done and the cost. We have had Jacob and Eram come to our house on several occasions and they both did great work for us. Jeremy and JJ provided extraordinary service! They listened carefully to our concerns, were very kind and patient answering all of our questions, explained what was done in detail and the cost of service was surprisingly lower than expected. Good work. Explained the problem, proposed a fix, and after I agreed to his assessment & to pay the cost of repairs, the work began. He was polite, patient and worked efficiently. I recommend Manny & Mastcraft Plumbing.

Really grateful for MasterCraft Plumbers making an appointment for me within a day of me contacting them. Jeremy Nedrow was the technician who responded. He was friendly and thorough of his inspection, walking me through everything he did. I will definitely reach out to MasterCraft Plumbing again if I have any plumbing issues.
