They came over through our home warranty, and I’m so glad we got them. Someone came right over the same day to diagnose the issue and in just a few days they installed a new tankless water heater. They handled the permits with ease and passed. The city worker said I had a good plumbing company that installed the tankless heater. They will be my go to for my Clint’s. Thank you crown plumbing.

Robert came out and helped with our water heater and plumbing issue we had in one of our bathrooms. We got quoted for a bunch of work that he was able to point out some easy solutions for us that saved us a ton of money. This is the 4th time we have worked with Crown Plumbing and they are the best!

Excellent experience with Crown Plumbing. I called Crown Plumbing on Tuesday for a small plumbing issue. The receptionist I spoke with was very helpful and exceedingly friendly; she was able to scheduled Robert to come out the following morning. Robert was on time and did an excellent job. Robert was very professional and personable and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the service! I will call Crown Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!!

My wife and I own a 120 year old Victorian in Midtown and finding professionals to do work on it has always proven a challenge. I was happy to find a company that not only responded, but was fast to respond to all questions and concerns along the way. The journey from initial outreach to estimate to job completion was as fast as we could have hoped. Robert and Carlos did the work and were knowledgeable, kind, clean, and very open to discussing the project as it progressed. Even when there was a bit of a miscommunication at the end of the day, after just a quick email exchange everything was cleared up and they were right back out to finish up the job. Our house has a long list of quirks and finding a plumbing company that is able to navigate that is invaluable. Highly recommended and definitely top of the list for any future projects or problems.

Crown Plumbing came out to clear a plugged drain at our shop, but they brought a small, cordless residential machine that couldn't reach the entire distance. They tried to upsell me a hydroblasted cleaning for $1800! I knew that was way high, so I declined. The next place I called, Happy Rooter, came out with equipment sized for commercial work and rooted AND hydroblasted my line for $800 and were in and out within a couple hours. I called Crown and spoke with Christina and asked for a partial refund for paying $249 for an undersized machine that couldn't do the job and never heard back. I called again a few days later and never heard back again. How a business treats you after they have your money says a lot. I recommend Happy Rooter over Crown Plumbing. Happy Rooter was awesome; Crown Plumbing just swung for the fence hoping we wouldn't know any better.

We were redoing the plumbing of our 70-year-old home to bring to code before move-in. Justin has been most prompt in responding to e-mails and text messages! The pipes purchased by Crown were brand new and modern, of top quality. As and when we raised issues with Crown they were resolved either the same or the next day! Walter is a fantastic, hands-on person who directs the crew on exactly what needs to be done. Brandon and the team are very good people to be around and work with. They immediately raise concerns if something was not up to code or illegally installed, or if more issues were found, which get promptly communicated to the homeowner over text messages and quick calls. Robert gets the work done to our satisfaction. We've given our feedback about the drywall person - an external guy sent by them - and hope Crown Plumbing handles this part appropriately. Overall, a very good and fully functional job (including inspection!) right in time before we moved in, and I will highly recommend them!!

Easily the best money I could have spent. I had a situation where I was attempting a repair on my shower handle. I ran into an incredibly stubborn piece. The tool that came with the repair kit had broken while I used it and took out a stem that I was using to control the water from the shower head. Unfortunately my shower handle cartridge had broken in the on position, so the only way to turn it off was to cut the water main to the house. This left us in a situation where we really didn't have water until I could get a new cartridge installed. So I needed a plumber. This happened on a Sunday evening around 6pm. I figured I was probably out of luck on getting a hold of anyone until Monday morning. I called several plumbers, the earliest I could get someone to come check it out was Tuesday. I was prepared to accept that but decided that I'd give it another shot. I called Crown Plumbing and I'm so glad I did. They had mercy on me and came out that night. The tech said he didn't like to leave people stranded. I literally pulled him away from him relaxing by his pool to come check out my problem, which I still feel bad about. He came by about 20 minutes after we spoke to diagnose the issue. He attempted a repair, but he didn't have the specific tools needed for this stubborn cartridge. The following day he showed up first thing the next morning with more tools and his torch and within about a half hour he had the cartridge replaced. He made it seem easy, but I'm absolutely certain it was much more difficult than he let on. I can't tell you how grateful I am to know a plumber like this. I will certainly be giving him more business as it rolls in. If you're on the fence about giving Crown a call I'd say do it. They certainly treated me right, the plumbing knowledge and experience is there, but more than that the customer service was very much on point as well.
