It’s pretty rare that I take the time to write out a review and I only do so when the service exceeds my expectations. A lot of people do a “good job”. However it’s not that common these days when someone actually takes pride in what they do. I believe in doing a job once and doing it right. This was the experience that I received today. Taylor of JIG plumbing took his time to make sure that our kitchen sink and clean out wouldn’t give us any trouble for the foreseeable future. And when I mean he took his time, let me elaborate. First off, I called them to get a hydro jetting service. Not only did he hydro jet, he inspected the clean out with a camera, then took a snake to it because the pipe had so much build up. After that, he used the camera again then hydro jet once more. After inspecting it one more time with the camera, we saw some heavy build that was about 10 ft long which started at 15 feet I’ll the way to 25 feet in. I couldn’t believe how bad it was until I saw it with my own eyes. So after further tries and repeating the same process, the build up was so bad we had to do descaling as well. So in total, he did about 4 different plumbing services that I saw to ensure it was fully cleaned. I’m not only happy because my sink and clean out were done right, but more so at the fact that I got to witness Taylor take pride and what seems to me is passion in what he does. I’m not sure if it’s mainly Taylor as a person, or if he was trained this way by JIG plumbing, but the service that was provided made me put them at the top of the list in their industry! *I tried to add a video as well but unfortunately it only allowed photos

JIG Plumbing installed a water filtration system. The owner Jason came out and identified the location of the filter, explained the product/best option, and the work involved. The JIG Plumbing Technician, Taylor, did an outstanding and very clean job! The owner has high integrity and was responsive. I will definitely use them again.

I contacted JIG Plumbing to replace our shower faucet, tub spout, and shower head. Although we had the kit, it was just too time-consuming and tricky for my husband to handle. Frank, the technician they sent, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He made the process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend JIG Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

JIG Plumbing is a great company. I called about a couple of issues going on in my kitchen and the problems were fixed within the same day. They sent Frank who was extremely professional and kind. He worked efficiently and communicated the exact issues and what it would take to fix them. I would definitely recommend this team.

I had water leak at main water pipe leading into the house. Alex showed up less than 40 minutes from the time I made the phone call. He was courteous, honest, and quickly taking care of the leak. The charge was reasonable. I would definitely use JIG Plumbing again. Thank you Alex.

Noah was extremely professional and did an amazing job. Pricing was transparent and reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again if I had any future plumbing issues. Update - Noah came out to do another job for me (unrelated to the above). I have no complaints all the work was done really well. He was patient and too the time to explain everything and was very thorough. Would still highly recommend.

Friendly, on time, and overall great work! I called them because I needed some help with my toilet not working. They showed up within the window and gave me a tracker to update me when Frank was on the way. Great service, would highly recommend
