I would like to say the customer service I received from Brooke and Ryan was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were very flexible with my schedule, answered all my text messages in a timely manner and communicated everything that they were doing to include sending me pictures of the work they have accomplished. If you're looking for people that genuinely care, provide outstanding service, and have good fair pricing, this is the company you should be calling. I plan on using them for my next project. I highly recommend giving Bob the Plumber a try. Brandon and Ryan came to our home early and immediately assessed the situation and recognized the issue, which actually did not require any physical work, therefore there was no cost. This is huge since there is always the expectation that just showing up will cost. Not only did they explain the solution, but also recommended replacing our 20+ year old water heater. Thanks guys!
