When my water heater started leaking, causing water to leak into my downstairs neighbors unit I called multiple plumbing companies and none of them compared to the knowledge and service I received from Mike. He was at my unit first thing in the morning the next day and had the whole job done before noon! He went above and beyond, replacing the water heater itself on top of installing a new vent, gas valve, earth quake straps, drip pan, etc. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and was sure to explain everything every step of the way. He was also the only person I spoke to when calling around in the first place to give me an actual quote (which stayed the same the whole time, no hidden fees!) and even walked my slightly panicking self through how to shut off the water to the tank over the phone to help prevent more leaking! Overall I couldn’t recommend Primo Plumbing enough. Definitely have made me a returning customer for any plumbing work going forward!
