Snake 'N' Laterals

This was a project I thought I could handle until I went to two hardware stores and then a plumbing supply store. The latter recommended Snake N’ Laterals. Can’t say enough good things about them. Angel came out and provided a quote within an hour. They even offer a discount for more than one project. Today Austin came out and the sink looks good as new. Fair price, great service. This will be the only plumber I used going forward.

Needed a sewage inspection for my client who is purchasing a home since there was a large tree and roots in the front. Professional and courteous. Love the fact that they share the video of the camera inspection.

Had an install for a new faucet by Nick and Austin. They did a wonderful job! Any little problem that came up in the installation they solved and always considered my opinion. They even moved my soap dispenser to another hole in the sink after they were completely done,…because we realized that an old water filter tap line leaked and decided not to replace it above the sink. They were on time, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They gave me a fair quote at the beginning and that is what it was when the job was finished. We have some more plumbing jobs for them that we will definitely be using Nick and Austin for. Thank you 😊

Sometimes plumbing issues can be very stressful, but from the first call Snake's 'N' Laterals they made me feel comfortable and less stressed! When I called and talked to an actual person that was so helpful and caring to Austin coming and explaining every step and answering extra questions and taking the time to explain it to me and my husband. I appreciate everything this company has done and will be using them in the future for anything else I may need in.

Such an easy experience! Have lived in our house for 9 years and have never had a to call a plumbing service before. Found these guys based on great online reviews after researching a bit and I agree! 5/5. We had a very slow draining kitchen sink that was backing up. They showed up on time, very kind, figured out the problem quickly, and resolved it. No mess for us to clean up, just a kitchen sink that works! Will use again if needed in the future.

Nick and his team did a great job clearing a horrible clog in the line that runs from a bathroom out to our septic. Every step was explained, as they used modern equipment to diagnose and remedy a 40 plus year old block in the line. We were impressed with the determination of these hard-working young men to solve our problem. We will definitely call them again should we need their help.

Overall a bad experience, with some positive aspects. Partially my fault because I had a misunderstanding, thinking it was a “free estimate” when the technician was sent out with a work order. So he came prepared to do some specific work, while I was trying to address different problems with our home plumbing. When we spoke about the real problems, he kept saying things like “I don’t think I can fix that, it would cost $300 and might not be resolved.” Just not the kind of words that inspire confidence. When I tried to get an estimate for future work, he stormed out and made it clear he wouldn’t be coming back. They actually asked me for this review which is also baffling… In the end we paid $200 for his 30 minutes.

Was absolutely pleased with the work, professionalism, and how informative Nick and Nathaniel were. Also loved that the quote that I got was exactly what I paid with no additional fees or funny business. It was also 6 times less than quotes from other companies. Overall 11/10 stars from me. Honest, fair, and trustworthy work. Also came with a 1 year limited warranty so I have an ease of mind if the problem occurs again. With the transparency that Nathaniel and Nick had (letting me watch, see cameras, ask questions), I don’t think the problem will occur again. Thank you again from a customer who has dealt with plumbing issues and home warranty plumbers for a long time before calling you guys.
