Clay and his team were amazing! They showed up on time and were very professional in how they went about cleaning out our septic lines with the pressure washer. Brought me out to show me in the camera before they started, then after they finished. WOW! What a difference! We had not done this service since our house was built in 1987 - so we were lucky there have been no issues. I will get this service done regularly to save a bigger bill down the road for repair or replace! Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

The service from this place deserves 5 stars. Justin was right on time, competent in his trade, professional and explained and listened thoroughly, which made it that much easier to be trusting of the work he did while he was at my house. He seemed to want to find and solve the problem as much as I did, again making it a much more comfortable process than not.

Justin helped us look into the plumbing of a home we were interested in purchasing. He gave us his honest feedback on what to expect. Now that we are in our home, he has continued to educate us on our plumbing needs. We are happy we have our plumber that will work with us and we can trust.

I called for a 4 plumbing service late at night and after coming to dead ends Benjamin Franklin answered. The guy who answered was very Informated and answered all my questions and concerns. Informed me that their was a on call Technician and that he would be on his way. Team pulled it off. Replaced my water service and got me up and functioning. Family and I were very impressed through out the process. The team kept us in the loop and I felt like they were with me every step of the way. Clean up was immaculate 5 stars. Craftsmanship 5 stars. There was a gas leak at my daughter's house, so the gas company had to turn off the gas until it had been located and repaired. I googled for plumbers that could provide this service. BENJAMIN FRANKLIN plumbing came up first. Before calling their number, I looked on the BBB site. There were no complaints filed, and they are accredited with the BBB+, so I called. They responded quickly, and someone came out right away. After discussing the situation with them, I decided to proceed with them doing the repair. The work was completed within a few hours, which I am very happy about since there are children living here also. I'm grateful to both the technician and his "field manager" for their time and patience they took with me. Neither of them left me feeling like I was a bother when I kept asking questions regarding the work being done. I don't know how their prices compare to anyone else because I didn't seek a 2nd opinion. All I know is it was affordable for me to cover with my credit card. I was afraid it would be significantly more involved and costly. If they had been the case, I was going to just give up and sell the house. I'm glad it didn't come to that . I'm in my 60s, and this was my grandmother's house, so I do have SOME degree of attachment to it. The job was completed quickly enough that I was able to have a gas turn-on that will be completed today. I have no problem recommending them to someone else in need of their services . Justin was fantastic! Was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Explained each and every process. Checked, re-checked and triple checked everything. Gave us helpful advice and even provided insight as to what to be on the look out for the in the future. Would gladly work with him again!
