Clay and his team were amazing! They showed up on time and were very professional in how they went about cleaning out our septic lines with the pressure washer. Brought me out to show me in the camera before they started, then after they finished. WOW! What a difference! We had not done this service since our house was built in 1987 - so we were lucky there have been no issues. I will get this service done regularly to save a bigger bill down the road for repair or replace! Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

The service from this place deserves 5 stars. Justin was right on time, competent in his trade, professional and explained and listened thoroughly, which made it that much easier to be trusting of the work he did while he was at my house. He seemed to want to find and solve the problem as much as I did, again making it a much more comfortable process than not.
