Wow! Excellent service. I had a major problem. My main sewer line was in desperate need of help. I decided to called Mr Rooter. They quickly assessed the situation and immediately got to work. The communication was excellent. I got a full explanation of both the problem and how they would fix it. I’m sure it wasn’t easy but Wally, Carlos, Jeremy and Oscar got us up and running again. They were friendly, punctual, professional hardworking and respectful of my family and my home. They are fantastic at what they do. I would definitely call them again.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Rooter for a plumbing issue at my home, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. I had been dealing with a toilet that wouldn’t flush correctly for almost a year and had tried everything. I finally removed the toilet and saw I had roots the size of a small tree growing out of hole. I immediately called Mr Rooter for help. Their service technician, Enrique was not only punctual but also very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and brought back Adam the next morning. They were awesome at finding where the roots were coming in from and had their crew out that day. Javier was awesome. He literally found the “root” of the problem and efficiently fixed it. Enrique came back the next day to finish installing the new toilet ensuring that everything was working perfectly before leaving. Enrique’s attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service truly impressed me. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled plumber.

What started out as a simple main line cleaning turned into a main line replacement . All the guys that worked on this week long project were both professional and personable . Each member of the team took great care to make sure my two senior dogs were safe by closing gates at all times . Each and every one of the named above went above and beyond to not damage my flower beds even replanting a very lg aloe plant .Gabriel did a fantastic job of explaining any of my concerns and keeping me posted with any changes . Promptly able to come after a kitchen sink drain issue. Receptionist was understanding and made sure the issue would be taken care of. Jaime was informative, thorough, and made sure everything was working effectively. Strongly recommend Mr Rooter if you ever have drain issues

Mr. Rooter Plumbing did an outstanding job repairing my father's septic tank at his house. It was not an easy job, as it took four (4) days to complete. All the employees were very professional and knowledgeable! Everything pertaining to the repair process was thoroughly explained to us, and any questions we had were answered.
