Randy of On Demand Plumbing was fantastic. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. My plumbing issue required ingenuity and creativity to resolve. In Demand Plumbing is awesome. The technician they sent came out and spent a considerable amount of time working on the issue. He found out that the problem isn’t from our business but another source. Thank you so much for the great service and time spent working the problem.

I left a message for In Demand and within 30 minutes I recd a callback. The appointment was scheduled for that day and within 1 hour and 30 min, Daniel was here. He was very respectful and got started right away. After assessing the problem he gave me 2 options. Price was worked out and it wasn’t as expensive as expected. So I asked him to look at one other concern. We agreed on terms and he completed the work. Wonderful job. I’ve used them 4 times in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Easy to set an appointment, great notifications and showed up on time. Like the way I was given a synopsis of the work done and any follow-up needed. Easy to pay the bill via Zelle. Especially appreciate being billed by email and didn't get a phone call requested an immediate payment via credit card. Note this is a rental so appreciate not having to be there so I will be calling them next time I have a plumbing issue!

I am so happy! In Demand Plumbing helped me out today. I had a leak from the shower faucet and Alberto showed up on time and kept me informed as to what he needed to fix. Very friendly and cleaned up after, spotless. Thank you so much for you great job.

My sink out of blue started leaking. I did a lot of searching for plumbing services. I needed good quality and a company that values what they did. By everybody's great service I checked out in demand, plumbing. Over the phone they gave me a nice great breakdown of the services and prices when the technician Alberto arrived. He introduced himself and he broke down everything that I needed it done. I explained to him how it happened and he gave me wonderful recommendations also including letting me know about their maintenance plan. He updated my sink and under an hour you can't beat that and he was very polite.

We had a hot water pressure concern with our kitchen sink. Of course, before the tech could arrive, our concern “took care of itself” and the pressure normalized. As my wife was cancelling the service the tech arrived. Rudy was very cordial and understanding and refused my wife’s offer to pay for a service call. I shut off my main water valve and as it closed, it snapped. Friday afternoon, no water, and no way to get water until the valve is replaced! They responded within an hour and change. Scared me at first with the 'will you accept the risk' talk. I feel I'm screwed. I have to have water, they know it. But, to my surprise, it was all to lay out the potential for issues. None of the worst case scenarios happened. Great job, fast reply, and what looks like quality work with a warranty to boot. Highly recommended from my personal experience. 5/5
