Oran and his crew took such good care of me. I rarely write reviews, but this company warrants a five star PLUS review! I can't say enough positive comments about this company. They were puntual and took care of my problem to my total satisfaction. They are so amazing. I had some leaking pipes underneath my home and it was a disaster! They covered everything that was necessary to cover inside my house to avoid a mess and I will recommend them to my friends and not hesitate to call on them again. I called 911 restoration in Concord 3 nights ago to take care of the water damage I had due to water heater’s pipe burst. They were there within 30 minutes, and gone within an hour, after extracting all the water and placing their drying machines. I am now 4 days after the incident - my house id dry, the insurance company is happy, and my family is extremely satisfied. Outstanding service.

Had a sewage leak in my crawlspace, which apparently ran for few weeks. The guys at Reactic Restoration did not hesitate to “jump” in there, extract all residue, sanitize and prepare the area for a plumber to go in and fix the pipe. In one day. Highly appreciate the work and dealing with such project.

The team that worked to remediate our mold was thoroughly professional. They were very careful not to remove any wood or dry wall that could be sanded, treated, bleached and sealed. They worked quickly and complete the job ahead of what they had anticipated. They were very communicative. We would definitely recommend them to our friends.
