Fast, efficient, and possibly the best customer service I have ever received from a company. Stoddard plumbing is a family owned business who genuinely cares about their customers. After calling numerous places to help us with connection to sewer and septic tank abandonment (which if you are going through this it is quite a stressful process), it was so refreshing to speak with someone who actually wants to help you. Julie, who answers the phone, is incredibly knowledgeable about anything septic or sewer. She explained the entire process throughly to us and gave us all the information we needed. Vince was also incredible. He completed the project fast and efficient. They took into consideration surrounding landscapes and created the best game plan to complete our project. They truly are the best. Thank you so much Julie and Vince ! :)
