Let me tell you all about my experience... first my initial engagement was with Gary. He assisted me to get someone to come out to my place on the same day. It was a quick schedule and simple process. Free estimate and transparency from beginning to end. Most of the time, i run into companies that cant tell me across the board what I'm being charged and what their process is. Gary was wonderful on being direct and honest. Secondly, the team david and ty were a duo that explained everything simply and got to work quickly. I mean they quoted me 30 mins and completed it in 30 mins. They had all the equipment to do everything and check additional pluming issues that i didn't see coming. Overall, i am extremely happy with how David was able to do things quickly and simply explain what issues occurred to my shower clogged. The team work is great and the price is fair and if not the lowest i seen in Diamond bar. Thankful for y'all help.

David and RJ from Henley's just installed a new 40 gallon water heater for my property and did an amazing job! They were extremely informative and didn't push me to purchase the latest and greatest, unlike the other plumbing company that I got a quote from the day before...they answered all my questions and were very polite and made me feel comfortable in spending a couple grand. They did an excellent job. Found the leak, detected it and explained to me the logic and thought behind it. We were thoroughly pleased by the work performed.

The problem with our tub it was leaking from the Fossett. It would not turn off and it was like that for a couple months. And as soon as I called Henley’s plumbing and air, the job was done fast. The plumbers were here on time and they did a phenomenal job. The price was great. They did everything efficiently and professionally. I would recommend them 100% of the time absolutely great job.

My water heater was leaking. Water filled the pan and dripped onto the floor slowly non-stopping. I called BHI and they scheduled a free inspection the next day. Their tech arrived on time. After inspection, he called me to explain the problem and the replacement option. They installed a Bradford White 50 gallons gas water heater the same day. Everything went very smoothly. BHI have the best price and service. Their appliances come with warranty. I used them before to install my AC. I highly recommend everyone to call them. It will save you time and money.

The A/C unit gave out in my mom's house last week and after several consultations with different companies, Henley's provided the most efficient option to replacing my mom's old A/C unit with a new more energy efficient model with a heat pump to avoid using Gas. The guys came out on time to do the work and the unit was fully installed and running in about four hours. The technician were clean and explained all the work that was done. Great team.

Edgar did yearly maintenance on my heater. Expert tech. Installed my system a few years ago. Explained everything to me. Very pleased with Henley's.

Bryan was knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions. Edgar and his installation crew were professional and efficient. Our new HVAC system is awesome and we are very happy we did it!
