John Belanger Construction

Two years ago I decided to gut my kitchen and create a great room. I hired John Belanger Construction to contract the job. It was necessary to create a new ceiling in order to integrate the two rooms. John also installed new lighting, cabinets, appliances, granite counters, molding, redesigned entry door and tile floor. The work was done with efficiency and a minimum of disruption . I am delighted with the results and wouldn't hesitate to call on John for any future remodeling project.

I called John for a ceiling leak in my garage below my upstairs restroom. He showed up on time and cut the ceiling open to diagnose the problem. It turns out that I installed the toilet incorrectly a few months prior. He reinstalled the toilet using two wax rings instead of one. I'll stick to my day job! He quoted me a price for coming back to install drywall in the ceiling, patch and texture. The price was reasonable so I monitored the the re-installed toilet with no leaks. He came back when he said he would and re-installed the drywall and patched. He told me he would make another trip to texture the ceiling after the drywall mud has dried. He showed up when he said he would and masked everything off to texture. He textured and after it was dry I could not tell that any work had been performed on the ceiling so I was happy about that. He is reliable, friendly, courteous and does good work at a reasonable price. He does plumbing, electrical and carpentry so I will definitely use him again. Five stars!

John has done all kinds of work around my house over the last couple of years. John is a rare breed and always shows up on time and has great communication. I believe he can literally do anything and do it well. He has done electrical, drywall, plumbing and more at my house. His prices are great and you know the job is getting done right. I highly recommend him.

I was looking for a contractor to remodel my kitchen after a major water line ruptured under the slab. I had recently recieved a flyer on my door step from John Belanger, I serched the web and found out that John was licensed and Insured, So I contactact him for a quote, He was hired and did a great job.John now takes care of all my rental properties and we are now good friends.. John was wonderful. He came to my house and fixed my disposal, leak and light efficiently and for a reasonable price. Will be using him all the time!
