Thank you , Jose Emider Angel and Xavior!! Fantastic job. They replaced 2 air conditioner units and a furnace and a circuit breaker all in one day. The part that was also impressive is the quality of patience and respect they had with my 83 yrold mother in law and special needs Sister in-law and 2 dog. They also made sure all of their fire detecters were working and replaced all the ones that didn't work at no cost. Then left after every area was vacuumed that they worked in. I recently returned to my home in Altadena having been evacuated due to fires on January 7th. I needed to place my HVAC system and so; was referred to this company. I cannot say enough positive feedback. Same day inspection, same day quote, competitive pricing, compassionate/knowledgeable/efficient staff (especially Nolan), removal and installation within 48 hours. Follow ups for satisfaction with product and service since installation too. I made the right choice with this company and they have my highest satisfaction and appreciation.

Great company. Starting with Doug, the estimator. Was able to fit me in one day later for installation. Even though Jeremy ran into a traffic jam on the freeway, he finished the job before the 4 pm estimated completion time. He really knows his stuff! He figured out how to get around some obstacles in his way. Very professional looking job. Highly recommend!

My 23 years water heater was leaking. RTHS were extremely professional and extremely fast. After I called, in less then one hour an estimater showed up, shortly after an installer was in with new water heater, and the price was very competitive for the service I received.

Updated review - still a 5 star. If I can give more than a 5 star I would. Jamie and Daniel came to fix the heater part that was bad and they also adjusted the vents to properly circulate in each room. The biggest thing for me was they cleaned and sealed this space that was accumulating dust. I attached the picture of before and after. Jamie and Daniel did an awesome job. I want to start this review with Greg. He came to do the inspection asked what was wrong with my AC. We did a walk through, and my unit is very old. Greg took his time and explained my options. He was able to schedule the work within 4 days. Ray and Phil were the technicians that came and installed my new unit. Ray explained what they were removing and any problems they might ran into. Phil had shoe covers before entry house which I appreciated. Phil gave me a quick tutorial on how to set up the new AC. They cleaned up when they were done. They even found a scorpion in my old unit that they removed for me. So far, my new unit is working. Pretty happy with the process from inspection up to installation.

Ray and Drew did an awesome and clean job! Gave thorough instructions and information about their work! Will highly recommend Right Time!!

Lee arrived on time. He was very polite and professional. He serviced my unit and moved my thermostat to a new location that is much easier for me to use. Lee also took the time to explain the maintenance membership and made it easy for me to decide to go with it.
